A statement by the Managing Director

The objective of Management Policy is to ensure that processes and services supplied by the Company are fit for their intended purpose, ensuring safety and reliability of each operation within the Company's duty, responsibility and authority. 

This policy will be implemented and understood, at all levels within the Company's organisation, through the commitments contained within, the Quality Policy Manual, the well defined Operating Procedures and other related publications, that the Company may consider relevant, to ensuring an efficient and effective system, which will operate and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

 It is the responsibility and duty of all Company employees to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System, to allow the Company to satisfy the criteria of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and our Client's contractual requirements at all times.

 Our aim is to constantly assure Client satisfaction by providing Clients with quality, reliability and integrity in all our products and services to ensure value for money and continual improvement, through an economical Quality Management System. The System will be periodically reviewed to ensure, that the Company's Policies and Objectives continue to be effective.

 The Company will be a profitable Client orientated professional business, with the highest quality standards. We are committed to providing reliability to all our Clients together with continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

 We will respond positively to our Clients' needs, by ensuring we operate as an effective team, through open and honest communications.
